Tiendote is a technology platform providing a digital marketplace space for independent users (Sellers) to publish and sell physical or digital products, and for Buyers to purchase directly from them.

⚠️ INTERMEDIATION NOTE: Tiendote does not own or store the items offered. Transactions take place directly between Seller and Buyer.

2. Disclaimer of Legal and Operational Responsibility

Since Tiendote does not participate directly in commercial transactions between users, sellers are solely responsible for item descriptions, shipments, and customer service.

3. Account Registration & Use

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Listing illegal, counterfeit, or infringing products is strictly prohibited.
